CANDY was the first brand to produce a washing machine in Italy in 1945. Shortly after, it invented the porthole washing machine in 1950 which will make its fame take off.
Arguably, the flagship product of the brand remains even today the washing machine.
From the 50 model (1945) to the StipoMatic (1966) through the B-Matic, it is only in the 80s that it takes off internationally and extends its range to refrigerators and the rest of the kitchen. Today the CANDY/HOOVER group includes CANDY, ROSIERES, HOOVER and IBERNA.
Today, the CANDY appliance brand is relatively diversified, allowing it to be considered a big trusted brand among consumers and retailers.
It produces, in addition to washers, tumble dryers, refrigerators, ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, hoods, freezers, microwaves, wine cellars.
First, regarding laundry of course:a wide variety of washing machines with front opening (1400 rpm) or top (1100 to 1400 rpm), a dozen washing machines dryers and dryers.
The refrigerators also offer a wide variety, whether single-door, double-door, table-top or combination, and even side-by-side. CANDY also offers a small width washing machine (D33cm), a mini washer-dryer that is only 44cm deep and can wash up to 6kg of laundry, 6 place settings dishwashers, the oven/dishwasher combination in 60.
